Respectful Conduct:
No physical contact with staff (e.g., hitting, touching, etc.).
No threatening behavior, spitting, or inappropriate conduct.
Unwanted touching of yourself or others is prohibited in the presence of the worker.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
Clients must maintain confidentiality regarding the staff’s identity.
No filming, photography, or audio recording is allowed under any circumstances. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and may involve legal action.
Worker’s Security:
Workers have the right to have a security guard present within an agreed-upon area for their safety and the client’s safety.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Harassment or abuse (verbal, physical, or psychological) of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services.
Safe Environment:
Clients must ensure that the work environment is safe and accessible, including clear access to service areas and exits.
Incident Reporting:
Any incidents must be reported immediately to the provider. Failing to report incidents can lead to termination of services.
Legal Compliance:
No sexual contact with staff is allowed. Any attempts at physical contact will be reported to authorities.
Both parties must comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to employment, safety, and privacy.
Customer ID Verification:
We require a valid ID for verification. If the ID does not match the customer or if there are discrepancies, we will refuse service and no refund will be issued.
No Underage Persons:
Absolutely no underage persons are allowed in the house during service. If this condition is not met, we will refuse service and no refund will be provided.
