Conduct:

No inappropriate or abusive behavior towards staff, including physical contact, threats, spitting, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will be permitted.
Customer Responsibilities:

Provide a safe working environment with clear access to the service area and exits.
No filming or audio recording allowed. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the identity of staff.

Security:

Maids will have a security guard on duty at all times to protect them and help them if needed. The security guard will remain discreet to ensure your enjoyment of the cleaning service. Disturbing the security guard during their duties is discouraged.

Zero Tolerance:

Harassment or abuse toward our staff, in any form, will not be tolerated.
Incident Reporting:

Report any issues immediately. Failure to do so may result in termination of services.

Liability:

Customers are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their misconduct.
By agreeing to these terms, you release Topless Maid Service LLC from liability from any damages occurring on your property. Proper event reporting is crucial in order for the customer to receive a response about the incident.

Termination:

You may terminate services at any time with a $50 fee. No refunds will be given for breaches of this contract.

If service is terminated within 24 hours of the set time for the appointment, no refund will be given but you may reschedule within 6 months for no additional charge.

Service Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Any behavior that is deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by our staff, we can refuse service and vacate the premises immediately.

Legal Compliance:

No sexual contact is allowed with contractors. Any attempts will be reported to authorities.

Customer ID Verification:

We require a valid ID for verification. If the ID does not match the customer or if there are discrepancies, we will refuse service and no refund will be issued.

No Underage Persons:

Absolutely no underage persons are allowed in the house during service. If this condition is not met, we will refuse service and no refund will be provided.
